No. All prices shown are starting prices. Every project is scoped individually and you'll receive a tailored proposal with a fixed quote before any work begins.
We require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due on final delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged.
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly client content is provided. A standard business website takes 14–21 days. E-commerce and complex builds can take 4–6 weeks.
Absolutely. You own 100% of your website, domain, hosting account, and all design files. There are no vendor lock-ins.
Yes. We build on CMS platforms so you can manage content independently. For e-commerce builds, we include a live handover training session.
It's strongly recommended. Websites require ongoing security patches, plugin updates, and backups. Without maintenance, sites can become vulnerable or break silently.
Yes. We work with clients remotely across Southern Africa and internationally. All communication is handled via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
All packages include 2 revision rounds. Post-launch changes are billed at our standard hourly rate of R850/hr, or covered by a monthly maintenance plan.
